Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive/Manager who not only brings expertise in core HR functions but also has working knowledge of administrative tasks and is capable of coordinating with the sales team for effective sales follow-ups. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and have strong people management skills with the ability to handle multi-functional roles within a real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resource Management:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions — from sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews to final onboarding.

Manage induction and orientation programs for new joiners.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and other HR documentation.

Develop and implement HR policies, code of conduct, and SOPs in line with company standards.

Handle performance appraisals, employee engagement activities, and grievance redressal.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

Administrative Support:

Oversee day-to-day office administration, supplies management, and vendor coordination.

Manage office assets, inventory control, and ensure upkeep of office premises.

Coordinate with external agencies and service providers as required.

Support management in event planning, office meetings, and logistics.

Sales Coordination & Follow-up:

Coordinate with the sales team for client follow-ups, inquiry tracking, and data management.

Maintain regular communication with the sales team for updates on leads, prospects, and closures.

Assist in preparing MIS reports related to sales performance, targets, and pipeline.

Follow up with clients for documentation, appointments, or pending payments when required.

Act as a bridge between management, HR, and sales teams for smooth internal communication.

Key Requirements:

Graduate/Post Graduate with specialization in HR or Business Administration.

4-5 years of experience in HR roles preferably within real estate, construction, or similar industries.

Working knowledge of admin responsibilities and office operations.

Good understanding of sales processes and client coordination.

Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.

Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities effectively under minimal supervision.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HRMS tools, and communication platforms.
