Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive who specializes in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of digital platforms, hands-on experience in managing social media campaigns, and the ability to drive online engagement, brand visibility, and lead generation for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, leads, and ROI for all campaigns.

Collaborate with creative teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets.

Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.

Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers if required for campaign execution.

2. Social Media Management:

Create and manage content calendars for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.

Plan, schedule, and post engaging content — property promotions, testimonials, project updates, market insights, and creative campaigns.

Monitor social media engagement, respond to inquiries, and maintain brand reputation across platforms.

Plan and execute paid promotions on social media for lead generation and brand awareness.

Track performance metrics and suggest improvements based on insights.

3. Lead Generation & CRM:

Work closely with the sales team for campaign-based lead generation targets.

Manage lead funnels, track conversions, and ensure timely follow-ups through CRM tools.

Develop retargeting and remarketing strategies for cold leads.

4. Content & Branding Support:

Assist in developing marketing collaterals like brochures, emailers, newsletters, and project presentations.

Ensure consistent branding across all digital touchpoints.

Contribute ideas for creative campaigns, contests, and audience engagement activities.

5. Market Trends & Competitor Analysis:

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and real estate industry dynamics.

Conduct competitor research and suggest strategies to stay ahead in the market.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the Real Estate sector.

Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and social media platforms.

Excellent content writing and communication skills.

Experience in handling social media pages and running paid campaigns.

Knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and CRM tools.

Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.

Ability to multitask and deliver under deadlines.
