Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented and ambitious Business Development Manager (Digital Marketing) who can lead our business acquisition initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand client requirements to offer tailor-made solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in digital marketing services such as Google Ads, Meta Campaigns, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Web Development.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and digital marketing needs.

Generate leads through various channels – cold calling, networking, references, LinkedIn, industry events, and digital platforms.

Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients.

Collaborate with the strategy and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service execution.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with a focus on high-value client acquisition.

Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine offerings and strategies.

Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closure.

Regularly report pipeline updates, forecast revenue, and maintain CRM records.

Key Requirements:

4-5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales in the Digital Marketing industry.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, SEO, etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-driven with a result-oriented approach and a strong sense of ownership.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong network of industry contacts and ability to leverage relationships for business growth.

Proficient in using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms.
